Food poisoning resulting from E. Coli, salmonella and the like can be eliminated from the system and certain poisons can be neutralized using Burdock root tea. Horehound tea is an excellent antidote for all types of seafood poisoning. Other toxin neutralizing foods and lifestyle measures can be taken to reduce your risk or symptoms of food borne illnesses:

Vinegar: Take 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar in 1 glass water and drink in small sips. Repeat every hour until all signs of food poisoning are gone. In case of severe vomiting moisten a cloth with warm vinegar and apply to abdomen.

Activated Charcoal Tablets: Take 3 to 5 every 15 minutes to absorb poisons.

Vitamin C Powder: Take 1/2 tsp. every 1/2 hour (or Vitamin C caps – 500mg every hour) for bowel tolerance and to flush and alkalize the tissues.

Toxin Neutralizing Foods: Iceberg lettuce, Bamboo shoots, strong black or green tea, lemon water, burnt toast, raw eggs, apple pectin caps.
