I have used and recommended Pura Cleanse and Cleanse Caps over the last 3 years. Both products have helped a great deal with constipation and bloating. It has now become a daily routine to take both products before bed. I also have started with Pura Green each morning, which has helped with feeling of fatigue. I love your products.
