Gratitude for Beneficial Change

With sincerity and a deep thank you to all of you for living and sharing health and wellness throughout 2016. It is always a pleasure to serve you and we look forward to many more years of showing our gratitude by providing you with the highest quality products. Our deepest intention is to support your health while upholding true principles of holistic healing. We do this together and keep growing and healing as a family.

As many of you know this year has personally been a huge year of beneficial change due to my traumatic brain injury in February when I fell on the ice.  After experiencing 6 months plus of hardly being able to work, I had the space and time to reflect on my life.  In a split second, my green light to life turned red.  Everything came to a screeching halt.  What a Divine blessing as I know it to be today.  There truly are NO ACCIDENTS, only the best opportunities for the soul to further awaken.  Through a lot of prayer, meditation and gracious help from God, family and friends I was not alone.

Instead of asking myself why me, I chose to go beyond the trap of feeling victimized and helpless. Many of us panic when faced with change and we “grab the bull by the horns” in order to control and fix things. But often that control just serves to reinforce our deep-rooted problems. At a certain point, we must surrender to what is and just stop trying to control every outcome. Otherwise our bodies, our fascia, and our nervous systems all get “stuck” in rigid patterns that invite disease and disability. Regardless of what happens in your life, you have the ability to engage your will and move forward in an empowered way. When you do this, you will begin the process that reprograms your mind and body toward health, resilience, and a pain-free life. I believe in participating in the best positive solutions God is trying to open up to our souls and let the Miracles of Life prevail.

Here are some tips that helped me transpire self-empowerment from my fall:

Tip 1: Take notice of how you talk about your health. Your words become your destiny. The words you speak go into your own ears. They literally land in your body, and your cells respond. Instead of speaking about any dis-ease or dis-ability, speak positively about what you are capable of doing and how you are supporting yourself, and you will become as healthy as your words.

Tip 2: There is a direct connection between the brain and the gut. Our thoughts and experiences directly affect both. Therefore, addressing both in healing is vital. By now you probably know how important your gut health is to your overall health. If not, you need to! Eighty percent of your immune system is in your microbiome, your body’s bacteria, which help your body with just about every process, including helping you to digest your food, think clearly and even maintain a healthy weight.

Tip 3: Listen to what your body is telling you. Listening to your body is the easiest way to create health daily. Ideally, you will listen to your body before dis-ease sets in. If you are already experiencing symptoms, pay attention to what they are telling you. Acknowledge that you may need to make some changes. Allow space for your emotions to surface and be released.

Tip 4: Be still and feel the peace.  The power of prayer and meditation absolutely adds healing and circulation to the brain, gut and heart. The health benefits of a daily meditation practice are significant, including decreased cortisol, weight loss, decreased anxiety, lower heart rate, and even less pain.  So basically, any health condition that is worsened by stress (which is all of them!) can be helped with meditation. Your meditation practice does not have to be a long or involved. Just sitting with your eyes closed or slightly open and focusing on your breath for ten minutes in the morning and ten minutes before you go to bed will benefit your health.

Tip 5: Give yourself a permission slip to be who you truly are meant to be. When you give yourself permission, you are trusting yourself to make choices. There is an all-knowing consciousness inside you, at all moments, guiding you toward your highest good. This includes what medical tests or procedures are best for you. The more you can connect with this guidance, and the more you listen to it, the easier it will be to give yourself permission.

Tip 6: Love and Cherish Yourself. Matt Kahn’s approach works wonders here. Place your hand on your heart and say “I love You. You’re precious. You’re beautiful. I forgive you. I truly love you.” Do this exercise every day as often as you need.  Watch Matt’s You Tube video “The End of Victimhood” or learn more at his website, http://www.truedivinenature.com about how to raise your vibration even when you are around negative people.

Tip 7: Keep Relaxing Your Brain. The brain has to have glucose and oxygen for healing and survival. Daily deep breathing and watching blood sugar levels are a must. Deep diaphragmatic breathing brings increased amounts of oxygen into your lungs and helps to give your body more vital energy. Belly breathing massages your internal organs and helps improve digestion.

Tip 8: Keep an upbeat attitude. Teach yourself some skills that can help you develop a greater sense of optimism and resilience. We all have to deal with difficult people and difficult situations. But don’t let life harden your heart! There’s a reason for the expression “Get it off your chest.” Let go of anger and resentment, and move towards joy. Embrace new ideas and meet new people.

Changes are necessary as we move forward into a New Age –  “The Golden Age”.  The earth and all of us are in a state of significant change.  Believe in yourself.  Offer Love, send Love, be Love, never falter, never doubt yourself, know the power of your Love.  Keep being the creator of your New Life.  It is vital that we come to realize the abilities we now possess.

We wish to thank you for your positive intentions and visions as our country and world go through a period of adjustments. May we continue steadfast in our prayers of hope and mercy. All hatred/anger and dis-ease can quickly transform into love, unity and prosperity.

A new year brings the opportunity for a fresh outlook on things, a time to make resolutions to improve ourselves and make changes for the better—and try to stick with them throughout the year and beyond!

May 2017 be a year for realization of dreams, may you rediscover new strength and garner faith within you, and be able to rejoice in the simple pleasures that life has to offer. Try looking at the obstacles that may come your way through a lens of possibility and see your challenges as opportunities for new growth or a change of direction. It is time to take on new chances and make new advances!

May you experience an abundant supply of health, love, blessings, positive changes and prosperity.

Happy Holidays and wishing you a lovely New Year!
