Curry Dressing PDF Print E-mail

Ingredients:

2 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
2 teaspoon raw organic honey
¼ teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Sea salt and fresh ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions:

In a small mixing bowl, whisk together all ingredients. Refrigerate until serving or use immediately. Store dressing in a sealed container in a cool dark place for up to 6 months.

*Toss this dressing with cooked rice and raisins for a quick curried rice side dish.
