Slow Cooked Turkey Breast |

Ingredients:
- 1 (6 to 8 pound) bone-in turkey breast - 1 envelope dry onion soup mix - 3 celery stalks, cut into 1-inch pieces - 1 small sweet onion, sliced - ¼ cup broth - 1 teaspoon minced garlic - oregano, sage, thyme - 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions:
- Place celery, onion, and broth in the bottom of a large slow cooker (crock pot).
- Rinse the turkey breast and pat dry. Rub onion soup mix over outside of the turkey and under the skin. Sprinkle on oregano, sage, thyme and minced garlic.
- Place turkey in the slow cooker. Drizzle with melted butter.
- Cover and cook on high for 1 hour, then set to low and cook for 7 hours.
