
A super smoothie, packed with anti-oxidants, vitamins, and minerals, including B vitamins, which regulate brain and nerve function. Spirulina contains the highest concentration of nutrients in any food and helps replenish the body’s vital stores.
Ingredients:
- 1 pear
- 1 ½ oz or 40 g young spinach
- 4 sprigs of parsley
- ¼ cucumber
- ½ ripe Hass avocado
- ½ tsp Spirulina powder
- 1 Brazil nut
Preparation:
Pack the pear, spinach, parsley, and cucumber into the juicer and juice. Remove the pit and skin from the avocado and add to the juice. Blend until smooth, then pour into a glass. Mix the Spirulina powder with just enough water to make a thick liquid, then swirl into the juice. Roughly chop the Brazil nut and sprinkle over to serve.
