The Gallbladder helps digest fats by producing bile. Diets high in saturated fats produce the gallbladder bile fluids to become saturated with cholesterol, which solidifies into crystals and then accumulates into stones. As the stones enlarge, the gallbladder becomes inflamed, causing severe pain and can be life threatening if left untreated.
Lemon juice: Fresh lemon juice in 1 cup of hot water taken first thing in the morning will empty your gall bladder and start the day on a happy schedule. 2 tsp. lemon juice before each meal will strengthen the gallbladder.
Radishes: Insufficient bile output can be aided by eating one small red or white radish before each meal.
Pumpkin seeds: Take 1 heaping tsp. ground pumpkin seeds. Put 7 ounces hot water over it and drink slowly. Drink 2 cups per day.
Horseradish: Raw or dried will aid gallbladder.
